Excellent location, responsive and friendly staff at the hotel and in the restaurant, and the food in the restaurant was very tasty!

Hotel very well situated in the old town with a beautiful view of the covered bridge. Comfortable bed. Plenty of breakfast. but only in Bulgarian! The room décor was lacking.

The location is great by the river and central; parking was also no problem. From 5 pm the parking spots are free. A very nice lady at the reception. The shower tap was broken, long black hair was on the floor, and the door wasn’t cleaned. Coffee was missing from the buffet, and it took a long time to get the ordered coffee. A kettle in the room would also be nice.

The hotel is right in the center, but there were no slippers and no terrace.
