My father-in-law, who has mobility issues, could use the toilet with a wheelchair because the place was barrier‑free, and the breakfast was very tasty. However, the bath water never reached the temperature described, so I couldn't soak in the tub when I was exhausted.

I had a great evening meal after breakfast, everything we ordered was delicious and the staff were friendly, so we enjoyed a pleasant dinner. Thank you. The hotel’s luggage delivery service was very convenient, and I’ll definitely return.

The separate bath and toilet were a plus, and the newly renovated shower was clean and comfortable; the front desk staff were also helpful. However, the air conditioning seemed weak and the room felt damp. The floor creaked, and there was no outlet at the pillow side of the bed, so I swapped the pillow position to the foot of the bed. Also, both the bathroom and toilet doors didn’t seal properly and didn’t close tightly, which bothered me.

It was nice that the bathtub could be filled with hot water and the meals offered a good variety. The lighting in the room was too dim for my taste, and the body shampoo didn’t lather well, leaving me feeling it hadn’t cleaned properly.
