“Nice room in the centre of Rome”

It’s very close to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room itself was spacious and airy, with a large bed that was comfortable. You could make coffee and tea there.

“Shocked and disappointed!”

I managed to get a full refund because the room didn’t look like any of the pictures online. The room that was handed to me was nothing like the website’s image – unfinished, broken shelves, dingy stained walls, a rusted bathroom. I had asked for one queen bed, but the room had two beds. The pillows were inconsistent.

The location was great. There was no coffee machine. The cleanliness was okay but not outstanding. The room wasn’t set up to leave luggage earlier, but Luca took our bags earlier so we could explore Rome before check‑in.

“Pésima estanci”

The experience was quite disappointing. The only real plus was the location, being very close to the Colosseum, and that they let us drop off our luggage around 10:00 am. When we returned at 15:00, the check‑in time, the room was still dirty and unprepared. We had to leave again and come back around 17:00. This was especially uncomfortable because we were exhausted after several flights and expected to rest as soon as we checked in. The worst happened that same night. When we tried to use the blanket to keep warm, we realized it was the same one that had been in the room before it was cleaned, still bearing the same makeup stains we had seen upon arrival. This made us think they had simply left the previous guests’ bedding, which we found totally unacceptable from a cleanliness and hygiene standpoint. The next day, after we reported the issue, they sent us another blanket. Additionally, the bathroom has a faulty drawer that stays open because it doesn’t close properly, which is quite uncomfortable when using the washroom and bathroom. In short, the location is good and we appreciate that they let us store our luggage early, but everything else was negative. The lack of cleanliness, the room not being ready at the scheduled time, and especially finding apparently unchanged bedding made us feel uncomfortable during the stay.

The apartment was perfect, though it lacked coffee and tea for morning self‑service. It was clean, spacious, and perfectly sound‑proofed, located in a nice neighborhood at the foot of the Colosseum.
