Giorgina treated us wonderfully; I’m sorry I couldn’t say goodbye to her. She was a real gem, and we’re grateful. The only downside was that we couldn’t control the room’s temperature.

“Terrible lugar para disfrutar unos días en un sitio tan agradable como Bariloche”

Nothing. We did not stay there. Everything was disappointing: the cleanliness from the front desk was poor, the shared bathroom was dirty, and we were told to hang towels after showering to dry them. The place looked deplorable and had a nauseating odor. Three people ran the place, all clueless about customer service, and everything had to be checked with the owner who appears to be Asian. Please do not recommend this place so they don’t lose their reputation.

“Hogar y calido”

Everything was spectacular, the place was very pretty, and Georgina and her partner made you feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pudding, everything was very clean and comfortable, I loved it and would definitely return for the amazing view of Nahuel Huapi and the quiet rest.

I chose the hostel for its location and view of the Rio Negro, but it turned out to be so much more; it was close to the tourist spots, the breakfast view was beautiful, and the volunteers Georgi, Juli, and Nacho were exceptional, very attentive… I left Bariloche and felt nostalgic for them! There’s also a café at the front; I stayed in a room with three beds and two other women. The shower water was very warm and the bathroom clean! They also offer towels for a fixed daily fee.

The hostel is solid across the board—great spot, clean facilities, and everyone’s friendly. Julian, the volunteer, really went above and beyond with his help. I’d definitely come back.
