The staff were incredibly helpful, making us feel welcomed and going above and beyond for comfort. The new building had high‑quality showers, and they cooked us a delicious lunch and dinner. However, there were many mosquitoes that were hard to keep out, and a few small oversights like no coat hangers and the difficulty of drying wet clothes after a rainy day; I gave feedback that I trust will be addressed.

“If we visit again we would love stay again as their hospitality outweighs everything else”

The staff were hospitable, the property was clean, the homemade food was tasty, and the Wi‑Fi never dropped; the bathroom had a water flow better than what I’d seen in 5‑star hotels. The room was terribly small, and the bed’s position forced us to squeeze in and out; if you’re an international traveler with a few bags, this isn’t the room for you—it feels aimed at local travelers.

“Very hospitable staff, great food. Rooms could’ve been more spacious.”

The breakfast and lunch were excellent and authentically Chettinad, and everyone in the kitchen was very courteous. The room was too small; at least two side tables would have helped, but that’s understandable given the size. There were a few tiny insects on the bed, but once they were destroyed, no more problems.
