The maintenance was a mess, the TV had no English channels, and the bong‑bong music kept playing until 3:30 am. The electrical system kept glitching, and overall it was a huge let‑down—definitely not a four‑star hotel.

The hotel itself was decent, the room was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But the place was noisy at night because of music from a nearby bar, making it hard to sleep. We’re familiar with Agostoli and Kefalonia, so we didn’t expect so much noise.
