“I will consider the area more closely when selecting a place, not in the highest crime area my bad!”

People outside our door, in the parking lot, were smoking weed, picking up people in their cars, driving out and back, and hanging out late—scary. The hostess was very nice; she even came to our room when we called about lamps not working, and the entry door looked like it had been kicked in. She gave us a different, better room and we parked our car just outside our door. Still, we felt uneasy and couldn’t sleep well. The hotel needs a full upgrade, but given the constant complaints, it seems doomed.

“I won’t stay there again.”

The staff seemed nice, but the room lacked enough toilet paper and there was a note that housekeeping only works during certain times; walls had been patched but not painted; the parking lot was very dark and, in my opinion, not very safe if traveling alone because people were smoking pot there; the so‑called breakfast was a joke—coffee, bagels, toast, waffles, apples and oranges were all that was offered.

The staff were nice.

“Very poor wouldn’t recommend it”

The TV didn’t work properly and had to be reset; water leaked through the ceiling onto the floor; the bed was very uncomfortable; the breakfast was poor with small waffles, stale bread and bagels—that was it.

The location was good, nothing else to note.
