The sauna area was closed, and the website never mentioned that it would be shut on certain days. If a service isn’t available, charging the full price is unacceptable.

The beds were comfortable and the terrace offered a great view, but the breakfast staff were terrible: three young employees glued to their phones, chewing nails, scratching their heads constantly. The buffet wasn’t restocked, coffee only came on request, bread was gone, the toaster was half‑broken, and omelets cost extra. The bathroom ventilation in room 18 was faulty, the room was overly bright, had little storage, cold and lifeless furnishings, and the mattresses near the pool were dirty. Dinner was disappointing and overpriced; better to eat in Monopoli or Poliagno a mare. Nearby beaches were littered with trash.

We were very disappointed; we booked the place because the weather was expected to be bad. We travel a lot, but the value for money was discouraging. The spa was only open from 15:00 to 18:00, and the sauna and other facilities required at least a €40 surcharge, which wasn’t advertised. The bed was cozy and breakfast was good.
