I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, appreciating its cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and comfort. The owner's warm hospitality and the convenient pick-up and drop-off service were major pluses. However, I did find the floor to be quite cold, and I think providing indoor slippers would be a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a great experience with a minor suggestion for improvement.
