Robert and Gina greeted us with such warmth that we felt right at home, and their hospitality made us feel like guests in their own house. Every morning the breakfast was a perfect way to start the day, and when we arrived at 9:30 our room was already chilled and ready, which was a nice perk. Robert even picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry both when we arrived and when we left the island, and we loved the house cat Chimichurri and the deer Clarita that lived in the backyard. A few small issues slipped in: our bathroom had no ventilation, so it became very humid and swimsuits wouldn’t dry; the shower was clogged, which wasn’t ideal but not a deal breaker; and the Wi‑Fi in our room was spotty, although it worked fine in the common areas.
