We booked a ground‑floor room with a private terrace this year. The room was huge, spotless, and furnished to a high standard; the bathroom was beautifully designed and had plenty of space to store luggage and clothes for an entire week. A key reason we chose this place again was the small private green area for our dog. Breakfast was delicious as usual, and I was pleased to see almond milk now available. The vegetables and fruit were superb, and the baked goods were also tasty – the tomatoes were the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and it was clear that dogs are truly welcome here. A minor issue was the cleaning: it seemed our room wasn’t cleaned daily, nor was the trash emptied each day. Since an extra fee is charged for the dog, I would have appreciated at least a quick daily sweep and emptying of the bin. That said, it’s a very minor gripe, because overall we felt very comfortable.

“Familienurlaub mit großem Hund”

The hotel’s location is great, just a 20‑minute walk to the beach in Balatonfüred, and there are good options for walking the dog. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the adjustable, quiet air‑conditioning, which was important with 35 °C outside. The breakfast buffet was varied, with many types of bread and rolls, coffee specials, water, juices, and fruit. The elevator and shower were a bit cramped. Other than that, everything was fine.
