“Not again!”

The staff were very friendly and polite, but payment had to be made directly at the property, which made us feel insecure about our reservation. We also had trouble contacting the property before arrival because the phone numbers given were either not answered or hard to reach. When we got there to pay, we were charged more than the listed price; the staff said the booking was for a room instead of the guest house, even though we had specifically booked the guest house. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but neither the TV nor the air conditioner worked during our stay. Early in the morning we were disturbed several times by loud conversations and vehicles, so sleeping was difficult. Overall, the service was disappointing, but the staff themselves were friendly and polite.

“Disappointing”

The place was clean and secure, but there was no hot water in winter, the TV was mounted too high and had no remote, and the air‑conditioning didn't work.

When I arrived they didn't know about my booking and only had two bedrooms left, even though I had booked three; they referred me to No 57 Geyser Street, the same owner, which was a big disappointment. I called and they confirmed seeing my booking and said I would pay on arrival, but I didn't like anything except finding the new place and getting a nice accommodation.
