We really enjoyed our entire stay with you. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was great. Everything else was fine. The only downside was the stairs. 🤣

The hotel sits right at the end stop of Tram 1, so getting to the train station is a breeze. It’s a quiet spot, heavily themed around Heinrich von Kleist, and the décor matches that vibe nicely. The keyless entry—no card, just a key—was a stylish touch. The “Biergarten” in front of the hotel is perfect, and the breakfast is spot‑on. The coffee tastes good, there are no “blaugrauen Eier,” and the bed and mattress were just okay for me. There’s no street noise at all, and the staff are very friendly.

The staff were friendly and available, but the large pillows felt electrically charged, which made it hard to fall asleep.
