It was a disaster. When I arrived, the receptionist told me no reservation existed under my name even though I had shown her the email. Later she claimed she had verified it and that my name was indeed on the system, but she couldn’t find the keys to my room. I waited more than 30 minutes. Finally, when I got to the room, it was filthy, very dirty, and in a ruined state.

The front desk service was excellent, but the pillow was not very comfortable.

The owners were fantastic, but the main door closed at 12 am and I couldn’t return after that; the owner stayed up to let me in around 2 am.

The Wi‑Fi worked, but the sheets were unclean, the room and the hotel overall were dirty, there was rising damp and paint peeling from the walls, and for 10 euros I only got a bed in an otherwise empty room. The staff were unfriendly, the toilet was filthy with no tissue, and the place was dingy and unpleasant.
