The place is uniquely beautiful; the landlord is very nice and helpful; the room is lovingly furnished; the breakfast is good. Note: access is more difficult for people with limited mobility. It is a bit hard to find—best to drive with GPS and then ask. In the historic town everything is a bit winding, and the hotel is behind the first row of houses.

Matteo is a very welcoming, available, and accommodating host. The property is distinctive, the bedroom is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast is varied. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Rosazza, with parking available just a few steps from the B&B.

Beautiful house, excellent welcome, delicious breakfast. As the owner explained and due to the authentic nature of the house, there are no private bathrooms for each room; however, there are two bathrooms that are absolutely sufficient for the size of the property and are kept in great condition by the manager.

A very great place to stay. The accommodation has been renovated into something truly wonderful, respecting its history. The hosts are very pleasant. The breakfast is excellent. I would gladly return.
