We stayed two nights in room 2121 for a staycation, and the room was definitely amazing; we thank Ibrahim for his thoughtful gesture. However, a few things did not meet our expectations. We chose the place to celebrate our special vacation and were promised twice a special gesture in the room, yet we were surprised to see nothing. The following day we noticed that all other rooms’ balconies had furniture, while ours was a complete blank balcony—why we were given such a room remains unclear. When we requested later‑evening service, no one approached after that, and we were asked for feedback when our door was closed, which was surprisingly odd. No manager was available to understand the actual guest experience upon departure. It’s a good place, but people fail to make it right.

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the beach was nearby, but the noise from other guests kept me up at times.

The location was fabulous, the staff—especially Ibrahim at the front desk—was courteous and welcoming; we booked two rooms and the staff opened the connecting door, which made the kids very happy; the food was good, and the swimming pools and beach were amazing. The parking lot is a bit far and the valet wait is about 10‑15 minutes.
