A wonderful boutique hotel tucked away on a quiet street just steps from the main square. The moment you step inside, you feel surrounded by centuries of history. The rooms, halls, and even the back-of-house areas beautifully capture the spirit and timeless charm of old Marrakech. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always ready to help while remaining wonderfully discreet. A special mention goes to Jahya, the charming young receptionist, who speaks English, French, German, Spanish, Berber, Arabic, and quite possibly a few more languages! His friendliness and impressive language skills made our stay even more enjoyable

The location, smiles, breakfast, smiles, cleanliness, smiles, room, smiles :) Everything was fine! Maybe they could consider darker curtains to sleep longer in the morning… but why sleep in Marrakech? 🤣

“L'incanto dell'accoglienza marocchina”

I was in the heart of the medina, just five minutes from the main square, and the narrow alley was calm, not chaotic. The host and staff were warm, smiling, ready to help and give directions for a pleasant stay. The value was great. My room had everything needed, wasn’t huge but was tastefully furnished and renovated in Moroccan style. Breakfast was plentiful and everything was really good. They even offered to start the service earlier to suit my schedule. We felt very comfortable!
