The only bright spot was the location; I saw roaches in the room, asked for an iron and they said none were available, the bedding was very uncomfortable with stitched cushions on top of a boxspring and no mattress, so I wouldn't return or recommend it.

Whenever I'm in Bangkok I stay at this place because it's close to Silom's major shops and food spots, and I never have any complaints – the staff and the hotel itself are excellent.
