The staff are absolutely amazing and helpful, but it wasn’t the best hotel, to be honest. It wasn’t clean enough.

I liked how close the hotel is to the Haram, with 24‑hour shuttle service, and the nearby restaurants and shops. The only downside was the lack of parking.

The location was great, but the room was dirty and many items were broken.
