The rooms were clean and the location was quiet. In the morning there was a technical issue and no hot water, but the hotel manager offered a discount to make up for it.

The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, reception service was efficient, the buffet breakfast was great, and the Wi‑Fi was fast. The pillow, however, wasn’t that great.

The first staff member gave us a different room after we complained about the original one. The hotel feels a bit dated, the breakfast was clear and organized, and on weekends it only ran until 10 am.

The breakfast was once great in this hotel, so I booked it again for my parents without reading the reviews. But it was all very unfortunate. - The first day only one coffee machine worked the juice machine didn't. - The dishes were partly not clean - The eggs were cold - The food was not impressive at all No welcome feeling at all with the Service staff On the last day no shower was possibe due to cold water. As you see with the bad reviews and no replies to it, no one seems to care
