I was left feeling unsafe when staff entered my locked room while I was out, moved my belongings, and took my bath towel without telling me. The property also refused card payment, demanded cash, and charged more than my booking. I left after one night and moved to another hotel, and I have reported this incident.

I had a lovely stay here and came back a second time; the family that runs it are very warm, friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the ones at the front have great views over the city.
