The place was freshly renovated, smelled good, and the location was spot on. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were rude and disrespectful, and the mattress felt like sleeping on rocks—totally uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy, quiet, and modern hotel with a hearty breakfast. The manager was welcoming, polite, and helpful—he even booked a taxi to the bus station for us. We highly recommend it and can't understand the negative reviews.
