The setting amid a banana plantation was unique. The bathroom’s glass shower screen didn’t open fully, making it hard and risky to get in and out, especially for older guests. The mattress and pillows were very soft, and the breakfast buffet offered almost nothing.

“Lugar con encanto”

The room was cozy and kept the original rustic style of the hacienda. The location was amazing, surrounded by banana fields. The amenities were great, with a large pool, jacuzzi, and a charming buffet area. The staff were very attentive. The rooms had poor sound insulation, and on two nights we shared a floor with neighbors who had a baby that cried all night.

In the middle of a banana plantation stands a historic building. The pool, the large terraces, and the restaurant were all nice. The many steps to the Junior Suite and the staircase inside the suite, the tiny window that was always dark and only lit by artificial light, the steep entry into the bathtub, and the unnecessarily narrow bed were all disappointing.

The setting is truly amazing, surrounded by nature and banana trees. Breakfast is good, but the selection is limited.

“Esperienza eccellente e molto caratteristica”

The hotel feels very welcoming, with a unique vibe thanks to the huge banana grove surrounding it, and it’s well maintained. Every area is thoughtfully designed, and the rooms come equipped with everything you need, including excellent body care products, a safe, and a fridge. The staff are very friendly, the buffet breakfast is great, and dinner offers a choice of two or three dishes per course (starter, main, dessert). Cleaning is flawless, and the location is very convenient for exploring the north of the island. A truly beautiful experience.
