The front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating; the room was clean and the bed comfortable, offering great value in the Bend area.

It was cheap-ish and the staff were friendly, but the hotel feels dated to 1995, its exterior resembles the one from *My Name Is Earl*, and the room had a smell of cheap industrial cleaners.

The facilities and location met my expectations, and the manager was very helpful when I asked about restaurants; it was exactly what I needed after a long drive.

Booking was very easy, and the spot is central to food, bars, and the amphitheater, with very nice staff; however, the toilets barely flushed or sometimes didn’t work, many outlets were non‑functional—only one phone could plug into 12 outlets—and random black hairs appeared in the bathroom rags.
