“We had a real good time in Kansas”

The staff was really nice, the bedrooms were nice, the beds could be a little more comfortable, and for handicap guests they should have two queen beds instead of one king; there's really nothing I didn't like—everything was good and the food was good.

The remodel was obvious, everything was nice and clean, breakfast was very good, and there was nothing negative.

The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom floor needed cleaning, the fridge was dirty, the TV remotes had no batteries and you had to ask for some, and the light by the bed did not work.

“Great hotel unless you have a disability”

The rooms were spotless and the indoor pool was a treat, plus the hot breakfast was tasty and the staff were genuinely friendly and kind. However, I was assigned a mobility‑handicapped room on the third floor because my lung condition makes long walks exhausting; the hallway was a steep climb I barely managed, which is odd for a room meant for limited mobility. I had to unplug every light to plug in my medical equipment, and one side of the bed had no outlets, so we stretched cords across the room for my husband's CPAP. The tub had handles everywhere, whereas I'd expected a walk‑in shower in a handicap room.

Fastest check‑in I've had, and breakfast is great, but the bathroom was a little dirty.
