The boutique luxury hotel offers comfort and an excellent location, staff communicate easily, service is excellent, the café has full à la carte options and a buffet; I recommend it, though I had to leave.

Excellent location, very professional and courteous staff, outstanding food quality. Room decor very dark, no shaving mirror, not enough light in the room, no support rails in the bath tub (danger of slipping while getting out)

Beautiful property in the best part of town. Design is beautiful and classy. Service and staff are excellent. At the top end of 5-star. Nothing. Very hard to criticise this place

I’ve always been a fan of Tivano Italian Michelin restaurant in the Upper House Chengdu, and this time it didn’t disappoint. The chef’s special Zappa di Funghi mushroom soup was a masterpiece, and the ricotta dish had a lively tomato acidity that made every bite a joy. The kids went crazy for the steak and the truffle‑kissed mashed potato. Landon, Nina, and CESC were amazing—super welcoming, kept our drinks topped up, and anticipated every request. The service was outstanding and the vibe warm.
