The location is outstanding, the house is well kept, and there are leisure common areas. I couldn’t speak to the staff beyond a WhatsApp exchange. What disappointed me were the difficult accesses for older guests—there are many stairs, even to reach the bathroom in the room, so I should have checked that beforehand.

The house was in good condition and the rooms were comfortable. The common areas need maintenance; the spa didn’t work fully—only the bubbles were available on one side—and some areas were broken.

The check‑in and check‑out were super simple, and everything from arrival to departure felt calm and relaxed, making us feel very comfortable. We stayed four nights, spent the mornings exploring the beautiful surrounding area, and enjoyed evenings in Alcaraz; I can’t find anything to criticize. The value for money was excellent.
