“Beautiful small in on magnificant grounds.”
The breakfast was excellent and the staff member on duty when we arrived was extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable. One minor detail: other than the back of the door, there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels. I found the arrangements around check-in annoying. I wrote toa sk if we could check-in two hours before the official time and was told that this would cost an additional $30, but that "complimentary" check-in an hour early was available. I felt this was inappropriate in a small hotel where our room cost almost $400. In the end, we were allowedinto our room at the time we requested, but the experirnce left something of a bad taste
