The view from the restaurant terrace overlooking Lake Kälterer was really great, and we also liked the pool. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable, though we only stayed one night but could have stayed longer. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are a bit dated, but the price was reasonable for South Tyrol.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast good, the location top, the food tasty, and overall it fit a 3‑star hotel and was a pleasant stay.

The location is very nice and the view of the mountains is wonderful, but the hotel does not participate in the South Tyrolean Guest Card.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal mit sonnig, fröhlichem Auftreten. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und guter Ware; es wurde reichlich aufgefüllt
