The hotel offers good facilities, stays clean, and the reception and restaurant staff are attentive and friendly. I booked a four‑night stay in a double room with two single beds, but the room I received had a large bed and a cot instead; the cot’s metal bar cut into my hip and was painful. After two days they finally moved me to a room with two single beds on the third day. The reservation person should pay more attention to these details, especially since I booked almost a month ahead.
