The experience was incredibly beautiful, with fantastic facilities, clean rooms, delicious food, and staff who were very courteous and tasteful.

“Poorly maintained property.”

The room was comfortable, the balcony was nice, and the floor attendant was very pleasant, but the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the size of the pool and the facilities. The pool tiles were falling off, and the window dividers looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. There were no proper menu options for children, and the only listed option, chicken tenders, was out of stock. Poolside service was practically nonexistent, and accessing the main pool was unnecessarily cumbersome. For such a large pool, having only two entrances at opposite ends makes little sense, especially when only one provides towels, which were visibly old and worn. Overall, poor maintenance, inadequate service, limited food options, and a surprising lack of accessibility made for a frustrating experience.

The hotel’s architecture, spa, and service were impressive, but the food didn’t live up to five stars, and the entire day was filled with loud eastern music blasting from all the speakers.

Having to leave pool area at 6 30pm just as sun set. (Infinity pool). Would have been great to stay and enjoy the sunset at this time. Felt very rushed to leave as soon as it was 6 30pm
