The location offers stunning river and mountain views, the staff are genuinely friendly, and I enjoyed several relaxing spa treatments with Rashmi, who was amazing. Daily yoga and meditation sessions were a real treat, and I think the instructor was named Fareena, who adjusted poses to my level. We also received a complimentary guide for a morning trek to a small Ganga beach, where the views were incredible; the guide was patient and happy to take photos. Evening Ganga Arthi was a nice touch. The restaurant food was delicious, and the staff were attentive and eager to provide the best experience. The stairs are a bit steep, but a golf cart is available to help. I booked an airport taxi through the hotel, which quoted 4000 rupees plus tax—already steep—and when I called to change the time, the price increased to 4500 plus tax. I reminded her of the earlier quote, and she simply said “ok.”
