I felt unsafe in the area because many people experiencing homelessness and substance abuse were around. They wouldn’t let me cancel the room because of my safety concerns.

The location was nice, the room was clean, and the AC worked perfectly. The hot tub was closed, breakfast was decent, and it was a bit off‑putting to see a hand‑wrapped item without knowing if clean hands had touched it.

The staff were very professional, kind, and helpful, especially Claudia, who was excellent.

It’s close to shops, but I had to pay a 150 security fee, which is higher than usual. Even worse, when I entered the room it was clear that they keep deposits for damages (rightfully so) but they don’t repair rooms afterward.

I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich, yogurt, and fruit, but there was nowhere to sit and eat.
