Everything was flawless—perfect location, impeccable service, and nothing to complain about.

The location is great, the cleanliness is good, the service is friendly; we’d stay here again on our next trip to Rome. Everything was awesome. It’s super close to the Vatican, about 300 m, and about 35‑40 min to Trevi Fountain, and we walked everywhere.

The location, neighborhood, and the room itself were good; water, coffee, and a machine were always refilled, and the bed sheets were changed daily, almost flawlessly. The breakfast was good, but you could hear neighbors a lot, the door to the room looked like a wardrobe door, the laundry was never changed in four days, and the shared kitchen was basically non‑existent—no utensils, no stove. In the bathroom, water leaked onto the floor while washing, a towel fell in the shower area, and the walls were very dirty and worn out.
