When I checked in, the staff were already dealing with other guests’ issues, and the place smelled awful! At checkout, I found vomit in the hallway—just terrible.

Nothing worth mentioning; I requested a refund because it was filthy. Disgusting—stay away.

I liked the pool, the weight room (which I didn’t use), the laundry room, the handicap shower, and the location. However, the rooms needed better cleaning, more sanitizing, and vacuuming; the walls were sticky, the bathroom still smelled dirty, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty or broken. The door bracket was broken and fell, hitting my wife on the head. The place really needs a thorough clean-up.

The staff was AMAZING! Especially the front office! Super accommodating, friendly and great service! I am traveling from CA to TX with my service animals and a broken leg and they were so great, I even booked two more nights for us all to rest. Everything was so clean, quiet, comfy bed and a much needed reprieve from traveling. Pet friendly, affordable and SAFE. For work or just passing through Phoenix, I’m more than satisfied!. This probably sounds fake! But honestly, I don’t have any. I was more than pleasantly surprised :) management was so sweet to me and my fur babies!

Had to check out after too many issues 1st room was extremely hot and non working toilet. The second room they gave us was just as hot and dirty trash left behind spilled sticky night stand Not to mention the assistant mnger was so rude! Accused me and my children of lying about the situation. Definitely has gone down hill Pool and jacuzzi was green! Horrible experience and terrible customer service
