Sunny Guest House, housed in a historic Roman building, provides air‑conditioned rooms with free Wi‑Fi, private bathrooms, hairdryers, TVs and small balconies. A shared lounge offers a fridge and coffee/tea station. Located five minutes’ walk from Termini Train Station, the property is near Santa Maria Maggiore (15‑minute walk) and two metro stops from the Coliseum, with a charming garden courtyard.

I only liked the comfy bed and the location; everything else was almost nothing to write about.

Everything was absolutely great! The place is very nicely located near Roma Termini and offers the best view from the room. Getting into the building is easy and the staff are very kind and friendly—definitely recommend it! Nothing was lacking; everything was the best.

The location was good, but the rooms were completely different from the photos and very shabby.

The hotel is close to typical and ethnic restaurants, convenient to the station, with a bus stop right in front and parking available—an excellent location. Wifi was perfect, and we could grab drinks and snacks any time from a vending machine that accepts debit cards; the room was cleaned daily. However, it needs updating (footwear marks on the walls, peeling paint), and we never saw anyone to contact or arrange things via WhatsApp.
