The location was good, a bit old‑fashioned, and the lady who greeted us at the property was somewhat vague about the services.

The suite’s interior design and the cozy seating area in our room were a hit, and the bed felt super comfy. The lady who greeted us was friendly, and the breads, pastries, tea, and coffee in the dining room were fresh and always on hand. The owners worked hard to make the front of the property look appealing. On the downside, our friend’s bedroom lacked a bathroom door, and the plastic wardrobe rail fell off with just one jacket on it. The billiard table was surrounded by objects, making it unsafe to play. Our friends complained that there were no staff around for breakfast, but we didn’t mind. A smoking area outside the door would have been handy, and a wider selection of fresh cheese and more baguettes would have improved things. The sedan was rather run down, though the main square was pleasant enough.

We were welcomed warmly, parking was easy, and the bedroom was beautiful with quirky decor in the other rooms. We just wished there were fruit and yoghurt at breakfast.
