No water in the shower for 2.5 days. Not hot water in the bathroom sink. 1 coffee each for 3 days stay. Not being able to acess our room for over an hour incorrect pass code

The bed was okay to sleep in,. I wasn't sent a code to unlock the door to my room, only a code for the entrance door. The bed sheets were covered in hairs so obviously hadn't been changed before my stay. The water that was left on the table had a layer of dust on top. the window doesn't shut

Everything had one issue and it was solved straight away and the no issues from there. Nothing was clean nice and welcoming

NOTHING which I have never had to leave bad comments in my life! But honestly nothing positive !. DO NOT BOOK!! Read all reviews !!! Everything from years ago still happening! - STINKS like a brothel! - staff very rude , not supportive . - ITS a SHARED accommodation !!! With a very aggressive tenant living downstairs (been reported many times). -stains on pillows would not replace them . Was told it was cleaned . Cups in the room are still broken from years ago . Kitchen facilities Disgusting!!! If you’re a bigger person you cannot use the toilet! Pee and hairs all left on toilet seat! Arguing outside about people’s doors getting smashed out and people being stabbed . Management was disgustingly rude and no customer service skills or respect for people paying for a service

I had trouble getting into the room and ended up having to call the head office.
