I liked how clean the place was and the staff were friendly, and the entertainment was nice. But the usual Riu crowd has started arriving, so it’s getting louder and more party‑like, whereas before it was a good mix of that and relaxing.

Food was excellent, the staff were courteous and helpful at every point, and everything was on point for such an important occasion. The rooms stayed clean and the service was excellent at this resort. However, the initial check‑in was a bit confusing; the front desk agent gave us some wrong information about resort activities and forgot our room access card, which was frustrating after a long drive down.

I enjoyed the variety of foods available, and the gym had all the equipment I needed for my workout. The beach, though, is too rocky.
