Genus Beach Hotel

“Lugar maravilhoso”

The location is excellent near the sea, the room and bathroom are spacious and very clean, and the balcony with sea view is indescribable. The bed is very comfortable. Service was flawless; all staff were excellent and very attentive, from reception, restaurant/pool, cleaning, to the night guard. Meire and Natan, with whom we had the most contact, were especially wonderful. The pool is very good, and the prices for the stay are fair. Nothing to complain about.

The breakfast is excellent, and the pool area is pleasant. The room lighting is poor, and the room gets hot.

The location and service are good, but the square in front is in a poor state.

The staff were very attentive and let us check out later to enjoy the beach more; the breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast is very well organized, nicely presented, and the fruit is of great quality. The lunch and dinner menus are still very limited, and another suggestion would be to add more umbrellas by the pool, as it is very exposed to the sun, which makes it hard to enjoy more time there.
