The bath was clean.

The buffet was good and the large bath was a highlight, but the patched‑up extension made the building layout confusing.

The bath was clean, yet when I mentioned on the previous day that I needed a taxi and luggage storage, some staff didn’t listen, which was disappointing; however, there were also helpful staff, so my feelings are mixed.

スタッフの応対はとても適切でした. 間違って喫煙可の部屋を予約してしまったのですが、、部屋だけでなくそのフロア（５階）にエレベーターから降りたところからタバコ臭くて、部屋も匂いがきつくて、一晩中窓を開けっぱなしにしないと眠れませんでした。又、コンセントの数が少なくて、USBはアダプターを用意しておかないと使えない状態です。洗面も捻るタイプの蛇口で歯を磨きながらとか、髭を剃りながらなどの時に不便でした。
