The location is right next to the spa park, the area is generally quiet, the staff is friendly and hassle‑free, breakfast is included (very generous and varied). The old building means that getting to higher floors with luggage can be difficult, the room’s equipment is clearly from a previous era, the squeaky “worn out” bed is loud, the shower cabin door opens outward so the whole bathroom gets splashed right after a shower, and breakfast is in a different building, which can be unpleasant in bad weather.

The photos did not match the room I received, there was no free Wi‑Fi even though it was advertised, the reception had no information on where to register, and a wrong sign was hanging on the door. The staff only spoke Polish, showed no willingness to solve the problems, and even after the trip I never received a response to my complaints.
