The setting is beautiful and the staff are very welcoming and friendly, especially Carolina who helped us a lot with the Cocora visit and a finca tour. She arranged a taxi driver, Don Guillermo, for the day; he was super and very patient. However, the house is far from everything, making it hard to go out at night without a car, and getting an Uber is difficult. The room was large with a nice terrace but old and shabby.

The staff were excellent, taking care to serve each guest personally and raising the service quality. The hotel’s central location makes it easy to reach any part of the coffee axis, and the beautiful landscapes of this department attract many visitors, so I recommend it mainly for the service. The room had a slight musty odor.
