Almost central location, a closed environment, 3 minutes' walk from the Funicular Centrale line. Getting there on foot is tough—you should always take the funicular from Piazza Augusta on Via Toledo up; otherwise, the uphill climb is hard.

Francesca’s service was excellent; she was attentive at all times and made us feel very comfortable. Nothing was lacking; everything went great.

We stayed for 4 days and my two 12‑year‑old brothers came to visit. I had to take them to the bathroom in the room, have them change because they were leaving after 2 hours, and the lady wanted to pass the permit and went crazy. I’m disappointed and bitterly regret entering that place, showing no mercy to two children; I left the room immediately, even though I still had another night paid.

“Really great value and location, host great”

The spot’s location and the host were solid, and getting to and from the airport was a breeze with just two buses or a taxi that cost 26 euros. However, the room felt cramped and the window looked out onto a wall, so it was more like a cell than the picture that promised a view. The communal fridge was tiny, barely enough for water, and if you book a single room don’t expect a view.
