We liked the family bungalow; the view was stunning. The chalet was clean and the bathroom had been renovated. The linens were white and scented. However, it is important to note that it is not at all accessible. People with mobility issues should never stay here. The ramps are not accessible and the stairs are even less so. The food was fresh and homemade‑flavored, but the dining fell a bit short: the salads were always the same, there were few desserts, and 80 % of the protein options were chicken or pork. The indoor pool area was horrible; we descended a ladder covered in spider webs, with very little lighting. Inside, there were large black spiders, which became dangerous. Many lights were burnt out. Overall, the heated pool area was not good. There were also no staff walking around to provide information or take complaints. The only person who was always there was the bar manager, who served us very well.
