The location was great, right by shopping malls and on the main avenue, and the facilities were clean; everything was fine when I arrived and the staff were attentive. I didn’t like the parking and found the pool a bit disappointing with cold water and shade, plus there was no view from any window.

Excellent. Super good.

Nothing good. The room and hallways were infested with cockroaches, the cleanliness was terrible, and the staff were awful at handling my refund.

The place was well‑situated, orderly, and clean. I wished it had ergonomic pillows, hand towels, a work table, and bottled water available.
