The elevator didn’t work for the third floor, so we had to call down and have them send it up; there was mold in the ice bucket, the body wash wasn’t refilled the whole time we were there, we never had enough towels, and there was mold in the shower.

The staff was very professional and understanding, yet the shower was dirty and it took them a day and a half to clean it.
