The hotel is great for an 18‑star rating, no crowds or rush. A wonderful break for couples without children! The indoor pool is small and closed, and the bar closes early.

I was impressed by the location, which is very good, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very quiet, the food and breakfast were excellent, and the room was clean. The hotel is connected with other hotels, such as Mövenpick/Vrdnik, and the area is beautiful with many sightseeing spots. However, the dry sauna is out of service, the steam sauna is out of service, the outdoor pool water is cold, and the signage to the hotel is inadequate.

The breakfast was phenomenal, the location great, and the staff friendly—everything was praised. The spa staff were somewhat unfriendly, and some spa areas (the salt room, Turkish bath, etc.) were not operational.
