“Muy anticuado y desfasado, instalaciones en pésimo estado.”

The waiters were courteous, but the air‑conditioners didn’t work, forcing us to switch rooms. The furniture was outdated and in bad condition, the cleaning was almost non‑existent, with even dead and live flies. The facilities were neglected, except for the pool and dining room; the rest was a disappointment.

I had a wonderful time. The staff were very kind and helpful. :) The food was beautifully presented and delicious, with a wide variety always available. The room was very nice, one day I got a very sweet “toweldog” from the housekeeping, I was so happy about it. The hotel is in a fantastic location right by the beach, featuring its own sunchair. The beach is a mix of sand and stone, so if you have sensitive feet, it’s worth bringing water shoes—but you can buy all the necessary things at the local shop. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away; you can get there from the airport using bus number 10 (getting off at the Costa Calma stop. Another affordable airport transfer option is Canaryshuttle.) At the hotel, I could book a dolphin-watching tour, a full-day excursion to Lanzarote, and a volcano tour through TUI; both were fantastic experiences

The staff were excellent and friendly, but there were no mats for the hammocks.

The location and staff were good, but the old building and the lack of cleanliness outside the apartment were issues.

The food was excellent—kudos to the chefs. The wait staff, however, served low‑quality drinks and didn’t treat us well when we asked for more.
