Nature, décor, animals, breakfast, and staff were all fantastic; the bed comfort and the dog that slept next to our bungalow each night were lovely. Everything was open, so there was a slight sense of insecurity at night.

I had this place on my bucket list and was thrilled to finally check in. The setting is gorgeous, surrounded by nature, and you can see how much effort went into creating a cozy and unique vibe. Unfortunately, the management ruined the experience; the manager shows no empathy, common sense, or customer‑service training. Her manner is unfriendly, condescending, and she barely listens to guests. Despite the beautiful surroundings, I don’t want to return.
